Information for UK customers who are struggling with their insurance payments

If you are struggling to pay your insurance premiums for any reason, whether temporarily or longer term, you may be thinking about cancelling your policy. Before you do so, please speak us to see if we can help.

We appreciate that times can be hard, but please remember that household insurance provides very valuable cover and should only be cancelled as a last resort. You should also consider if your mortgage lender requires you to have household insurance as a condition of the loan.
