Unfortuantely we had a fire at out property in April 2018 and we have had truly terrible issues with the Claim...finally settle just last week, over a year since the incident. i4me were NOT to blame for these perpetual problems, it was the loss adjusters, claims handlers and Underwriters (Davies Group, Direct Group and PENN) ...all of them awful to the extreme. Each time we contacted i4me, our broker to help us deal with these horrid people, they were great. I 'believe' i4me are no longer using these companies..I certainly hope not We have renewed our policy with i4me as they have been great."

"Very friendly and easy to deal with over the phone, with a quiet UK call centre. My only criticism is the common issue that they offer you one price on paper so you have to spend a few minutes calling up and doing the dance, waiting on hold when you say the price is too high and they go ask their manager and magically knock 10-15% off. I've definitely dealt with worse, they're not at all pushy sales people and very professional. This is my 3rd year using them, I would recommend. "
