We received timely reminders that it was due to renew with sufficient time to make changes if required. Then renewed automatically.

Really impressed. I had been loyal to my provider for 20 years. i4me spent time understanding my complex situation as homeowner, holiday home and second home with my children living there whilst also moving house. They repeatedly tried to improve on the first insurance qoute by going to differnet providers until i had a product that worked and was very reasonable. They were patient while we also fine tuned the qoute parameters. Was definetely a good find, they worked hard and had excellent communication.

When making the phone call to renew my static caravan policy I was able to get through to talk to a person straight away. I was then able to renew my policy easily. Also, any information I required was given to me.

Straight forward and the price this year was lower than last,that make a refreshing change.
