"Ultimately you pay insurance to be covered in case of damage or accident in the home/guest house. I recently had to make a claim for damage cause to a landing carpet at the top of my house. i4mewere very quick to respond sending their own damage adviser and a replacement stairs carpet throughout was covered and replaced most efficiently."
