"Was not happy with new quote for 2018 and said so. It was reduced by approx 50 which was still unacceptable. After a call from i4me I was told that they could not bring the cost down. However, after discussing building's insurance, it turned out that if I did not have a specific building's insurance amount, ie £350,000 approx., and had a general limit of £1m, then the policy price reduced by £110 approx. I would have expected i4me to have realised this and reduced my original quote accordingly. I have renewed the policy based on the new building's insurance amount. I like the personal touch with them contacting me by telephone to discuss options."
