"This was the first time I had renewed the policy taken out last year. There were a number of things that made i4me different to my previous insurers. Firstly, the amount of warning for the renewal, my previous company only gave me 1 days notice when they sent the email to say it was due for renewal (of course, I had in my calendar so was already looking around but it could have caught out others and left them just renewing automatically in panic). i4me gave me around 2 weeks notice with an email, telephone message and a hard copy in the post of the renewal schedule which gave me plenty of time to consider my options. When I telephoned Matt to discuss the quote, he was incredibly helpful and explained all components . He was professional and confident unlike many others who fumble around trying to find excuses for any changes. He was very quick to ring me back with a response to a query and my policy documents and confirmation email were with me in moments. The policy I have is for a holiday cottage which I rent out and it seems to be the most comprehensive cover which addresses everything a holiday home owner needs. Would very happily recommend i4me. "
