"I have recently taken out a 2nd home insurance and I4ME wanted to charge me an uplift on last year, I then said I would hunt for a cheaper price and they found an alternative Insurance underwriter 25% cheaper straiight away. I would have preferred my renewal to have been the best they could find straight away without me pushing for a cheaper policy. This would build client trust and repeated business. "
