"When I initially telephoned them call was answered promptly and having explained I needed to insure an inherited unoccupied property pending it sale I was quickly put at ease and after answering a few questions several quotation options offered. Various documents sent to me by email for my attention. Having opted to accept one of the options it was relatively easy to ‘click’ reply and after a security check to make a purchase. The premium appeared to be very competitive and substantially cheaper that that offered by my existing insurer. Highly recommended."

"I think that the fact that my insurance has gone up by 25-30% this year with no changes to the policy and I have not claimed recently is greedy. I know that inflation is not th eonly factor governing insurance but it must be a considerable factor. Global warming isnot going that fast. This year inflation is 5% so a 25% increase is quite steep. As I have not claimed in years I cannot comment on any other aspect of these insurers"
