"When I initially telephoned them call was answered promptly and having explained I needed to insure an inherited unoccupied property pending it sale I was quickly put at ease and after answering a few questions several quotation options offered. Various documents sent to me by email for my attention. Having opted to accept one of the options it was relatively easy to ‘click’ reply and after a security check to make a purchase.
