"It was fairly easy to do an optional appraisal although as I pointed out the cover for domestic staff is irrelevant for me. It was easy to discuss on the telephone. I have not given it 5 stars as I have not had to make a claim and so have no experience if i4me and the insurance company would be good in that situation. Hopefully, I will never have to find out! But more feedback on customers who have had to make claims would be useful."
