"I got fed up with the other brokers and their tactics of quoting then saying that they’ll match it best anyone else’s price. That’s just saying they’ll try ripping you off in the first place. Like the ‘try us last’ people who have no idea of a real valuation but let you do the work and then they just add a few pounds. The price quoted was a fair one, it was a reduction in the previous years unsuccessful quote and was a firm one. The man I spoke to was polite and friendly and the process was quick and efficient. "
