"I received a gentle written reminder that my insurance renewal would soon be due, then a friendly phone call a week before the expiry. I made my payment, forgetting to add my policy number. A quick phone call, and my mind was put at rest by a kind, understanding young man who told me he would check my payment had gone through for the correct policy and phone me back immediately if it hadn't. Otherwise I would receive an email receipt within a day or two. This duly happened, leaving me feeling that I was being really well looked after as a customer. A service that just couldn't be better."
