Very pleased, only a slight rise in premium, all information from previous year transferred across to the new policy, and sensible adjustment of buildings and contents cover made by i4me (which we always check). Courtesy call about 7-10 days before - I raised one change which was made without fuss. A very positive, professional, intelligent, 'grown-up', painless experience for the second time.
