"Quick and easy service providers, with detailed information on the e-mail sent, but with a small complaint:- The print of the documents would be easier to read if they filled the usual A4 size paper. Where you state sum insured it might be helpful to add 'not exceeding £1m. Give some indication as to what Endorsement M@! might stipulate, or better still make it available as a potential. Otherwise your service is excellent, b t you might like to consider chasing up the enquiry a little earlier than you did, otherwise you could miss out on a lot of business. Example, l had problems with Admiral with whom I had arranged insurance commencing 8/11/2018, but when the sent the policy it did not meet the quoted terms in the small print. I spent several days with three companies trying to get to the bottom of 'unoccupied property', and they did chase me with information etc.,l and would have got my business had I still not been satisfied with their premiums/cover."
