"I had the policy on an empty Flat which had been on the market for some time. there was a delay in exchanging contracts of a few days which resulted in me having to renew the policy on Tuesday and subsequently the exchange of contracts was the Friday of the same week!!! With no option for a shorter less expensive policy and no refund option three and a half days insurance cost £167.28. There has to be another better way than this!! Thank you for your service which was excellent as were your staff.. "

I didn't get bombarded with calls or emails from them which I personally don't like. I was pleasantly surprised when the quote came in nearly £15 cheaper a month than my current insurance.
