"I hate using the computer to set things up its ok to do a quick search for prices but half way though the page went off within seconds the phone rang and a nice guy called Neil was on the end he talked me though my quotes and options wasn't pushy at all and when he was done he e mailed me what we had gone though and said he would ring back a few days later, I made more enquires via the internet about prices and they were all dearer, a few days later neil rang back asked if I was satisfied with the quotes he gave me he then set every thing up and I'm all sorted now very pleasant guy thanks Neil"

"My property in a flood risk area has been insured with another broker for many years, but I thought that I would review this . After a week I had no response to an email that I sent to them, and when I phoned to speak to someone, they were not able to answer my questions. What contrast when I phoned i4me: I spoke to someone who was able to deal with queries and was given a prompt quote which was a bit cheaper (legal expenses £8 more) for a better level of cover."
