The home is going through a period of renovation and will be empty for a couple of months so I was expecting some difficulty in finding an appropriate company prepared to match my needs. "Sales staff are usually trained to 'be nice' and close the deal. However I had already spoken to a rival insurance company, and the sales person was, rude, abrupt, interrupted and asked a worryingly small no of questions, leaving me to wonder, If the response of the sales team is like that, what will the response be, if I ever have to talk to claims!? The advisor at i4me was very professional, asked the questions I was expecting to be asked, gave advice etc. The i4me quote was higher than the rival mentioned, but it was a no-brainier choice to make, and left me feeling more confident."
