"A quote was sent in the post a month early, which after comparison turned out to be competitive. At least a week after this I was given a very polite call to discuss it, which I was not able to do at the time. I later called them back and they found my details quickly, checked it was all ok and were happy to email me a copy for my review. I chose to pay online rather than call them back, which was easy. The only downside was there was no confirmation email sent at the time of purchase, just a reference number supplied onscreen. Not a big issue just it is usually nice to receive confirmation of approved payment. The policy documents arrived 4 days later, 5 days before my policy start date."

"Holiday insurance can be difficult. i4ME, Holly and Neil made it fairly easy and showed a significant premium saving from previous insurers with equal cover. Holly quickly gave me an encouraging quote on my first call. Neil had the sense to check google when there was an issue regarding my boat house. Confusion with a house boat!!! 10 out of 10 so far and home never to make a claim. It pays to shop around. 11/7/17"
