"Refreshing to find an insurer who understood the difficulties in finding holiday home insurance and was sufficiently flexible for us to secure insurance with conditions that were possible to achieve in practice. Lee was exceedingly helpful, assured me (and re-confirmed) that the policy did not require routine inspections of the property. When the final policy came through, the statement of insurance mentioned routine inspections which conflicted with what I had been told and caused me some anxiety. Ned patiently dealt with my query, triple-checked, then i4me amended the wording on the statement of insurance to reflect what had been agreed. But for the initial wording on the statement of insurance and the concern/doubt it caused I would have scored a 5 - easy to rectify for subsequent customers. I am thorough, cautious, and take wording on insurance policies very seriously - i4me dealt well with my persistence. Worth paying extra for a policy that is practicable and for peace of mind. Looking forward to dealing with i4me again next year, assuming no issues this year."
