"I was sent the renewal documents, followed up by a phone call. I declined to renew at that stage as I wanted to check whether the premium was competitive compared to other brokers. After doing this i was satisfied that the premium reflected value for money, although I felt that their management administrative fee at £39 waas excessive."

I have not claimed in the last 5 years so I have no experience how they deal with claims but I would hope they would be just as efficient and considerate. "
