"When we ran a holiday rental property, i4me emerged as the best-value of the surprisingly small number of insurers that covered such risks. Last year we ceased doing holiday lets and decided to rent the house out to permanent tenants. Annoyingly our insurance ran out just a few weeks before the business closed. We rather dreaded the administrative nightmare of taking out a new holiday policy only to close it two weeks later and replace it with a landlords policy. Much to my relief I was able to explain our predicament to the i4me representative and they told me to leave it all to them. The whole transition was carried out seamlessly. "
