Rang up to query price and able to offer a discount which was good but surely we should have had the best rate you could do without needing to challenge it by phone! When I did phone the lady was courteous and helpful and I made the full payment by phone. The receipt came into my inbox immediately thereafter. All in all it was a simple process and pleased to stay with you for another year."
