"An excellent service from start to finish which provided sufficient information on which to take out a holiday home insurance policy with i4me. Not only was the quote competitive but the terms were realistic when considering this was for a holiday home where there are necessarily periods of unoccupancy. My previous longstanding provider was not only more expensive but was based on terms of unoccupancy which were less readily achieved particularly over the winter months - so important to consider given the current additional challenges posed by the COVID pandemic. I took the often given advice to "shop around" and pleased that I did!!"

"My situation of sometimes living in my property and sometimes renting it out is unusual but not unique. i4me was one of the few companies who fit the bill when I was searching for insurance. Whilst not perhaps the cheapest, I feel relaxed in the knowledge that my home is safely covered. I also find it reassuring that the company listens and recommends changes to suit my ever changing needs. During COVID and now in its aftermath, I’m so relieved that i4me is continuing to protect my home - it’s one of the few things I can control at the moment! "

"Really abrupt, demanding woman rang me to ask why I had failed to renew. There had been an oversight because my mail goes to my London address and had not all been forwarded. But since the policy had not elapsed, there wasn't a problem. Hard to know why she was so curt and unpleasant to deal with. After that a very nice guy phoned and we sorted it out. "

I checked online with a few other providers, including Direct Line and the i4me renewal remained competitive and this is after being with them for 3 or 4 years.
