"Searching for a competing quote on our holiday home insurance, following a big premium hike by our existing insurer, I found i4me through Google. Initially I found the website a little clunky and had to start the quote a couple of times before I got the hang of it. The quote was very favourable on like for like terms, but what makes this a five star is that as I was comparing the quote I got a call from an actual real live broker, who clearly understood his business and my needs very well. They monitor website abandoned quotes and call to offer help. Not necessary in this case as I'd worked it out. The call enabled me to resolve any questions I had and I didn't feel at all pressured. Mind you, he clinched the sale as well! Obviously insurance is all about claims experience, but at the purchase end this is a brokerage that's very good to deal with. "
