Also the policy they recommended for a 2nd/holiday home is very suited to our needs, particularly in not requiring a 30-day restriction on how long the property can be unoccupied. We spent unnecessary time arguing about the correct way of calculating the increase., not providing a particularly convincing reason why the increase was so large. I just gave up in the end as I did not have the energy to look around for better quotes."
