Despite no claim (in fact we have never claimed on this property in 19 years) the premium of course went up again - relentlessly as it always does. There is no reward for no claims or loyalty in this life. As we have never had a claim I cannot comment on whether in need and a significant claim this company would be great or terrible. I have no reason not to trust that they would honour the terms of the insurance. Hence may neutral rating. "
