"Loyalty goes a long way. So my intention on renewal is to stay with the current provider. But I also check last year's premium and if there has been a large increase despite no claims I begin to think its worth checking elsewhere. To then discover that I can get pretty much the same cover for £200 less stretches loyalty to the limit. So we have a conversation and you nearly match the other quote and I am happy to stay with you. I just think loyalty is a two way thing so please look after existing customers even better than new ones and do a bit of shopping around for us to save us the trouble. Many Thanks."
