"Price had gone up an incredible 19% (including an extra year's no claims bonus). In addition the accompanying letter does not clarify the total cost as it fails to mention the legal protection element. Two different documents with the same wording give different prices. There is no way for the end user to work out why so if you look at the wrong document the wrong cover is bought. Ended up having to make an extra payment. Customer service is excellent, the staff are extremely helpful and no long waits to be answered. Not had to put to the real test as never had to make a claim."

"Everything was quite straightforward and the staff I talked to were very helpful and pleasant. The only criticism I have is: The day after I purchased the insurance I received a phone call from one of the agents asking if I wished to complete the quote. This led me to have to check whether I had actually purchased the insurance or had I been scammed. I am over 70 years and my memory is not what it used to be. I await my insurance papers by mail and then will be confident I have a bonifide insurance. "
