"i4me have provided me with holiday home insurance for the past 4 yrs. They provide a competitive price and equally important is the excellent customer service. Never a problem to get through to speak to a helpful and friendly adviser. My only criticism is that each year the premium seems to go up by quite a large amount requiring re negotiation. If this continues I will need to really look around at other providers, but I would like to stick to i4me for as long as possible as I am very happy with them."

"Price had gone up an incredible 19% (including an extra year's no claims bonus). In addition the accompanying letter does not clarify the total cost as it fails to mention the legal protection element. Two different documents with the same wording give different prices. There is no way for the end user to work out why so if you look at the wrong document the wrong cover is bought. Ended up having to make an extra payment. Customer service is excellent, the staff are extremely helpful and no long waits to be answered. Not had to put to the real test as never had to make a claim."

The only criticism I have is: The day after I purchased the insurance I received a phone call from one of the agents asking if I wished to complete the quote. This led me to have to check whether I had actually purchased the insurance or had I been scammed. I am over 70 years and my memory is not what it used to be. I await my insurance papers by mail and then will be confident I have a bonifide insurance. "
