I’m disappointed this time that on my renewal the insurer had increased the premiums and then when I went through the trouble of sourcing a similar policy at a much lower price they then reduced their premium by nearly £100 or nearly 20%. In these days of transparency in business and consumer relations I’m troubled by a practice that seems to bump up prices and only competes with the market price if the customer complains. "
