"Hi, I can only report on my experience of trying to obtain a quote, the customer service rep was extremely helpful, patient and friendly, a relief after the more correct, impersonal service from 2 other buy-to-let insurance companies. Needless to say I took out insurance with them, however I was a bit overwhelmed by almost 40 pages of legal documents which were sent by email afterwards, to clarify the contract etc. This was for a small semi-detached property... So I have no experience of having to submit a claim to i4me and probably will never have to, we have been landlords for 17 years and have never yet made a claim with our usual insurance firm. When the other properties come up for renewal we might switch to i4me as well, we'll see."
