"I can only comment about arranging the insurance cover as I have not made a claim and I don't know how good the claims handling department is. As for arranging the cover they were excellent. Website was very informative and easy to navigate. The number of questions asked were comprehensive but not onerous. Just after filling the form online I got a call from a representative to make sure I had all the information I needed. The insurance quote was very competitive. What more can you ask for? "Hi, I can only report on my experience of trying to obtain a quote, the customer service rep was extremely helpful, patient and friendly, a relief after the more correct, impersonal service from 2 other buy-to-let insurance companies. Needless to say I took out insurance with them, however I was a bit overwhelmed by almost 40 pages of legal documents which were sent by email afterwards, to clarify the contract etc. This was for a small semi-detached property... So I have no experience of having to submit a claim to i4me and probably will never have to, we have been landlords for 17 years and have never yet made a claim with our usual insurance firm. When the other properties come up for renewal we might switch to i4me as well, we'll see."
