"Very friendly and efficient service and good to deal with"

"The broker called me after I was unable to get a quote online (the town my house is in flooded 21 years ago). He was curtious and promised to call me back in 30 minutes with a competitive quote. He did and beat the quote I had with flood cover with a much smaller deductible in the case of flooding etc. The policy also covered floods which many other big name companies weren’t offering. "
