"I typically entered a search engine and after reading the general detail i4me was one of the three sites I went through the generic process in seeking a quote. Holly Buckingham from i4me telephoned and also emailed me seeking clarification on one point. That sorted I received a quote the following day. I then contacted Holly by phone regarding amendments and additions to the schedule and this was speedily done with appropriate suggestions and explanations from Holly. Within less than 10 minutes it was "all done and dusted"! Price was important but gaining confidence in who you are dealing with is just as high up the scale and i4me scored on both these points. I will certainly be contacting i4me when my other insurance requirements are due. Thank you."

The lady one was a bit short when having to explain the need for items I didn't want (details below) probably, I thought, because she knew they were unjustifiable but her job required her to put a positive spin on them. So - only real problem is paying for insurance I don't need, ie cover for domestic staff or don't want, ie public liability - these are part of the bundle and although described as 'free', we all know that no insurance is free and I hate the thought of subsidising insurance for people rich enough to have domestic staff!! So I think these items should be de-bundled and that there should be more realistic options tailored to what the client actually wants."
