"Very good customer service; someone called me while I was still filling online form in, as it looked like I had left the site. After I filled the form in, it wouldn't quote me, and said I needed to ring them, but they rang me again, first. Apparently it was because my postcode is in a flood risk area, but having looked in detail at where I live, I was told I'm in a low risk area, so the quote I was given was very good, and lower than my renewal quote. When I was emailed the quote, the subject line had the correct amount, but the email quoted a much higher figure; when I rang to query it, it was just an error, and the lower quote was correct, so sorted very quickly."

"It was very straight forward to complete the online Insurance Proposal Form. Premium based on submitted completed form was available right away. This, in turn, was followed by a telephone call from an i4me representative which facilitated clarification of any issues and allowed me to get a quotation for any upgrades needed to fulfill my specific requirements. A further telephone call by myself allowed me to make payment and initiate the policy. It is noted that there was not an interminable wait involving telephone queuing to speak to an operative, which was much appreciated. The completion was achieved swiftly and efficiently. If nothing else, other insurance companies should take note of this. I could say thank goodness we can say good bye to long, arduous telephone calls to achieve the same result, but then I remembered, no we cannot. This is very much dependent on the company you are dealing with.h "
