"I only took out my policy yesterday so clearly, I can only comment on my experience of buying the insurance for my holiday cottage. Thus far, my experience has been excellent. The online quote was quick and easy and I very quickly received a follow up email and voicemail confirming the quote and, in fact bettering it. Last year was my first year of owning a holiday cottage and I was fairly pleased with my last policy. However, this year, my insurance premium went up hugely despite having had no claims and having new, more secure doors and windows fitted. I4me quoted me a premium significantly less than my last years price. Also, the excess was only £150, not the £250 on my old insurance. I4me were incredibly helpful on the telephone and an absolute delight to deal with. Both Mat and Liz were very professional and everything was turned around super quickly. The policy found for me was exactly what I both needed and wanted. Thus far, I cannot recommend highly enough. "
