They informed us that the policy had been cancelled in June - their fault, but just not good enough - we had been uninsured for 3 months. My fiance had his company motor insurances with i4me when they were known by another name. We called them while on our way to France quite frantic that we were leaving an uninsured house and I was wearing a valuable diamond ring. Liz organised everything during one phone call. "Was a little reluctant to leave my previous insurance broker who have been good, but i4me were so helpful and efficient that I decided to give it a go, added to which they were able to match other quotes I had received. I was extremely happy with the service received setting up the insurance and when I called with queries a couple of times my call was answered promptly and dealt with efficiently. Policy documents were all emailed promptly the following day once they had received my payment.
