My question related to my not being sure what a British Standards approved lock looked like and although the advisor didn't know the answer either, she was able t tell me where to look and advise me the timescales to get this sorted without affecting the claim which allowed me to progress with the purchase, which is a win for everyone. The price of the premium was significantly lower than my previous company and gave me all the information I needed to know exactly what cover I was getting.
