"I have extremely high expectations for customer service and wasn't disappointed yesterday when I called; polite and patient the advisor was very helpful. I appreciated how she had my details there immediately without the usual 'our computers are slow today'; I would have preferred to have had the conversation before being asked security questions as at the point of calling I was not yet a customer and my question didn't have any relevance to who I was, but in fairness I suppose it may have given the advisor some context of my needs. My question related to my not being sure what a British Standards approved lock looked like and although the advisor didn't know the answer either, she was able t tell me where to look and advise me the timescales to get this sorted without affecting the claim which allowed me to progress with the purchase, which is a win for everyone. The price of the premium was significantly lower than my previous company and gave me all the information I needed to know exactly what cover I was getting. Thanks guys, good work...let's hope you're this good should I ever need to claim as I suppose that's the acid test :-)"

"On renewal of my holiday home insurance I did a web search to try to find a better deal. i4me quoted a premium which was over 20% cheaper then my renewal quotation. All information was quickly emailed through and I had no hesitation in changing to i4me when my existing company could not match the premium. i4me phoned to ask if I had received the documents on line. They were very helpful and friendly. They also said I would get a discount if I renewed my home policy with them. I would thoroughly recommend checking them out when your holiday home insurance is up for renewal."

This was increadably timely as the exchange of contracts for the house I had purchased happend that day at 12pm. Matt was polite, professional, informative and patient.
