I appreciated how she had my details there immediately without the usual 'our computers are slow today'; I would have preferred to have had the conversation before being asked security questions as at the point of calling I was not yet a customer and my question didn't have any relevance to who I was, but in fairness I suppose it may have given the advisor some context of my needs. My question related to my not being sure what a British Standards approved lock looked like and although the advisor didn't know the answer either, she was able t tell me where to look and advise me the timescales to get this sorted without affecting the claim which allowed me to progress with the purchase, which is a win for everyone. The price of the premium was significantly lower than my previous company and gave me all the information I needed to know exactly what cover I was getting. Thanks guys, good work...let's hope you're this good should I ever need to claim as I suppose that's the acid test :-)"
