"I was motivated by the profound alarm at the quote we received from the NFU. I was very disappointment with them as I thought they valued loyalty, alas no!. However just around the corner was i4me insurance. Firstly They were easy to find, coming at the top of the organic listings on google search. "I phoned quiet a few times to ask questions about our quote as several mistakes had been made on the "what you have told us page" after verbally clearing these up a new e male was sent to us with the corrections on it so matters were able to be cleared up. we then could proceed to purchase the insurance. The lesson from this is always check this page as mistakes can easily be made when on the phone. The staff were always pleasant and happy to do the corrrections."

"I made an initial inquiry on line when the price quoted was not competitive--I received a phone call from a very professional salesman who sharpened the quotation to a satisfactory level. I then received three further follow up calls the last two by a female who was very matter of fact--virtually no sales features --simply admin, who simply was polite and took card details. The reason I moved my insurance to i4me was simply sum insured had no ceiling well £1m. Other quotations received got bogged down in re-building costs. The property insured is a barn conversion which are expensive to build and I really do not know re-building costs and I do building and insurers love to tell you that you are under insured. Anyway i paid in one lump as i4me wanted to charge 9% plus for monthly payments that could have been a deal breaker!! and nearly was!! I have a total of 7 properties and will be asking i4me a quote as insurances fall due. My existing insurers think nothing of increasing premiums by 15-20% and want to automatically re-new but when challenged under the pretense of reviewing cover they always manage a significant reduction !!! "
