"They're a very personable bunch who always answer the phone quickly, and are quick and bright about what they do. Whilst they protect your security, obviously, you're not endlessly held in a line while they tediously check your mother's maiden name - you know what I mean. They found me a good renewal rate on quite specialised insurance, and then when I phoned up, even managed to discount it a bit. Then they sent the details via email so I could follow a simple link and pay online, which was my preference. I would recommend them. A painless process!"
