"My home insurance recently came up for renewal. As I wasn't content with the quote for the coming year, I gave the office a call. They weren't able to help immediately as my policy has some special requirement added into it. A few days later though I got a call back. I answered a couple of questions about a particular aspect of my property and my answers made a significant reduction in the quote possible. The staff have always come through with great service over the years I've been with i4me."

"I was reminded by e-mail and by letter, well in advance of the due date, that the insurance on my holiday home needed to be renewed. All documents relevant to the renewal accompanied the reminders. I was sent another reminder by e-mail nearer to the renewal date. I paid with a debit card over the telephone. My call was answered promptly and the transaction was undertaken quickly and efficiently by the person who answered the phone. I then received an immediate e-mail confirming the payment.
