"Really helpful staff, prices are not the cheapest but it’s worth paying a little more for the excellent customer service. Perfect for properties that don’t quite fit the standard insurance market. Very understanding of Covid situation for 2nd home owners and finding a policy to cover us whilst we let the home we have been unable to visit to a friend who couldn’t get to his home abroad. Lovely to be able to discuss with a human to ensure we got the correct cover. "

"The mechanical process of renewal was very efficient, reminder of policy expiry,new quote and payment arrangements for renewal. However , the premium on this policy has increased by a very large percentage over 2 years with little attempt to find competitive quotes and the only policy offered with Aviva at over 40% higher than 2 years ago without much explanation other than the fact that you were no longer dealing with the previous insurer. Also I had made a claim on the policy for denial of access /interruption of business because of Covid under the terms of the previous policy and was immediately told that my policy no claims bonus was withdrawn and the premium increased. In fact I was never told there was a no claims bonus attached to this policy , or how it operated or affected the premium from year to year , or how it would be affected in the light of any claim , at any time during the 2 years I held the insurance."

"Quiet but decisive insurance . Really only hear from i4me at renewal time unless I initiate the conversation . This is my preferred option as I prefer providers to react to their customers rather than receive unwanted offers or unnecessary promotions . Of course i4me keep me up to date with ongoing developments or when I ask for clarity. My only negative comment is the volume of info the customer is required to review every year . I just want to know insurance is in place and provides for my needs .. "
