"Renewal notice sent promptly by e mail & post , but no explanation given for the increase in premium by 12% without any claims. When queried , price reduced to a 10% increase , still without any explanation. A somewhat take it or leave it attitude o the phone. Why is loyalty not rewarded rather than penalised. Genuinely mystified."
