They did leave me alone, and I did actually follow up with buying.... so actually the whole process was simple. I've a bad history with brokers, but hopefully all will be well."

Due to family tragedy we didn’t ring to confirm we accepted but a nice young woman rang us. Ensured all was ok with the policy and renewed it fully at the point of call. We have been pleased with the service we have received on both occasions."

"When I received my renewal quote it was higher than other insurers. When I called to cancel the lady offered to see if anything could be done to match the other insurers. The lady was able to do this and offered me a couple of options dependent on the voluntary excess. I have since renewed with one of those options."
