"We insured our static caravan last year and the cost of insuring was very good and the policy was clearly written. This year we were sent renewal papers and again the price was good. Due to family tragedy we didn’t ring to confirm we accepted but a nice young woman rang us. Ensured all was ok with the policy and renewed it fully at the point of call. We have been pleased with the service we have received on both occasions."

"When I received my renewal quote it was higher than other insurers. When I called to cancel the lady offered to see if anything could be done to match the other insurers. The lady was able to do this and offered me a couple of options dependent on the voluntary excess. I have since renewed with one of those options."
