"Ok. I dont normally write about any company unless they have offered extremely good service or they've taken the proverbial Mick. But here we go. Partly because of my own fault- Im working away from home due to the Covid situation- my renewal for a vital insurance didnt reach me and a reminder was send by email by the former insurers- 10 minutes before close of their business on renewal day. The online platform for payment refused to work and I would have been uninsured from midnight that day. I was left with no choice other than to look elsewhere. i4me provided a quick competitive quote online, they were open until later in the day. I phoned and an extremely polite and helpful gentleman discussed my requirements, took card payment there and then and reassured me that all would be covered. The premium was within a couple of pounds of the previous company's quote. No foreign call centres- just a small dedicated office of knowledgeable people. Great service, thank you!!!!"
