"Good service. However, re the documentation I had 9 PDF files emailed through. It would be helpful if this could be reduced / simplified. Also, throughout nearly all the pages it gave a total premium amount which excluded legal insurance which I took as an add-on. So the amount it was quoting that I agreed in the phone didn't tally, until the legal expense pages were added at the end. So I had to do some maths. It would be helpful if, for example, the front page listed everything that had had been taken out and the full amount"
