"Ok but it would have been better if there had been a clear explanation as to the percentage increase in the premium compared to last year (about 25%) and a justification/explanation as to why. (e.g. higher costs, wanting to make more profit etc etc). Doing none of these things gives the impression that you think/hope that customers are either not going to notice, don't care or are idiots - which is not impressive as you are essentially a customer service company"
