"We looked around for a competitive quote for Landlord Holiday Home insurance (contents only) after a big hike in the price with our current insurers. i4me came in with a quote £60 cheaper than our renewal quote and were offering the same level of cover. The renewal process was easy - a few adjustments were made during a phone call to confirm the policy (eg reduction in voluntary excess, accidental cover by tenants) and these didn't change the premium! Provision of policy documents by email within the hour. Efficient and knowledgeable staff member when we spoke on the telephone. "

"i4me has increased my premium by £100 each time, for the past two years for no reason. Nothing at all has changed on my end. I will be looking for a new insurer. Their policies for second homes cannot be tailored for , or they misled me, to circumstances where tap second home is for personal use only and not for holiday letting . They insist on coverage for renters etc and other coverage that applies not to me. The increase in premium has pushed me to reconsider. Good riddance i4me’"

I like the way they reliably remind me when it's time to renew, but don't hassle me. I am also happy about the way they help me to find ways to reduce my premiums when I contact them, they do this in a friendly manner without suggesting that I'm being unreasonable. I also like the fact that I can get through to the i4me desk without a rigmarole of choosing a number and get put through quickly to the right person. Excellent service."

"As l am elderly and only have an iPad l asked when taking out this insurance, over the phone ,if you would send me relivent paper work and policy documents through the post as l don’t have a printer. Despite emailing you and asking for it to be sent l have heard nothing from you. If you don’t provide this service why wasn’t l told when taking this policy out. Not good service."

"I like it that i4me don't keep your card details on line and send you letters saying they are automatically updating your insurance and hiking up the price. They actually have a conversation with you about their offer. It feels more personal and reassuring which makes me feel that if anything were to happen that I'd get a more bespoke service and better help should I need it. "

"Have dealt with i4me for many years, and when I received my renewal notice I thought it seemed much higher than in previous years, so I looked around to see what else was available and then had a conversation with Adam at i 4me who explained that the cover may vary from what they had offered, which indeed there were some differences, but instead of just telling me to go to the other provider i 4 Me then went and talked with another provider and came back with a great price and cover !
