"As l am elderly and only have an iPad l asked when taking out this insurance, over the phone ,if you would send me relivent paper work and policy documents through the post as l don’t have a printer. Despite emailing you and asking for it to be sent l have heard nothing from you. If you don’t provide this service why wasn’t l told when taking this policy out. Not good service."

They actually have a conversation with you about their offer. "Have dealt with i4me for many years, and when I received my renewal notice I thought it seemed much higher than in previous years, so I looked around to see what else was available and then had a conversation with Adam at i 4me who explained that the cover may vary from what they had offered, which indeed there were some differences, but instead of just telling me to go to the other provider i 4 Me then went and talked with another provider and came back with a great price and cover ! Thank you."

Right on time they wrote to me with a quotation, which. on this occasion came out as the most competitive. I finalised the transaction over the phone on 17 Dec (renewal was due 18/12) and immediately received acknowledgement of payment. The policy documents were E-mailed to me the same day and will also come in the post. Altogether a very easy to use, friendly and best of all competitive service."
