"Looked for an insurance broker that covered second homes and i4me came in to the search list. Dealt with them online as is normal nowadays. Website, from what I remember was easy to use. Coming up to renewal time and they have been responsive in providing with ALL documentation early on AND sent a pack through the post. Presumably to ensure that the email didnt get missed. The premium increased but guess that was expected. However, the product was what I wanted so I didnt change. I have not, touch wood, not had to use the insurance yet. Communications were good. When it came to renewal, they phoned and left a message relating to this, so they are keen to keep business. So far, no issues. Only gave 4 stars as I have not had to use them and don't know how they would fare in times of issues. So Catch 22 really. I don't want issues so possibly never 5 stars? "

On calling back, phone answered quickly and my questions about increases to excess limits answered politely, even though I felt rather aggrieved at the increases, both to these limits and to the premium. However ,compared the quote with another 3 firms and found they are still by far, the cheapest and have renewed the policy with them once again."

I had a query so opted for the latter. I got straight though, which was pleasing and surprising, that rarely happens with brokers.
