"Had trouble with my current broker they were clearly linked to other insurers. Pumped all the simple detail into the website. Questions were detailed and current. Took about 6-7 minutes then got a clear and concise price which was very competitive. The only thing was not clear was the cancellation charges. Should of been clearer especially as one of the questions was “is the holiday home on the market to sell!” However 40% saving so all good."

"Looked for an insurance broker that covered second homes and i4me came in to the search list. Dealt with them online as is normal nowadays. Website, from what I remember was easy to use. Coming up to renewal time and they have been responsive in providing with ALL documentation early on AND sent a pack through the post. Presumably to ensure that the email didnt get missed. The premium increased but guess that was expected. However, the product was what I wanted so I didnt change. I have not, touch wood, not had to use the insurance yet. Communications were good. When it came to renewal, they phoned and left a message relating to this, so they are keen to keep business. So far, no issues. Only gave 4 stars as I have not had to use them and don't know how they would fare in times of issues. So Catch 22 really. I don't want issues so possibly never 5 stars? "

If they continue this way I will take my business away from my other broker (who are much slower on their communications) and give it to i4me."
