But hugely disappointed that the correspondence defaults to ‘ alpha male’ and not myself who commissioned the insurance , paid for it and manages all household outgoings. Email defaulted to alpha Male although it should have been mine and also said cc for my mail.... HOWEVER no cc arrived, thus huge panic at end of last week as neither of of knew who was sorting the payment as were in different houses hundreds of miles apart. So disappointed with the computing admin. Can’t submit 5his as myself because it talks about submit as prof Thomas, he is as infuriated by this as myself"
