I had a query so opted for the latter. I got straight though, which was pleasing and surprising, that rarely happens with brokers. "The brokers I spoke with on the phone were clear, courteous and as helpful as they could be. I cannot fault them. (However the steep increase in the premium and one of the excess payments is a big cause for concern, but of course beyond their control. The company senior management might look at ways to address such a heavy increase in the premium.)"
